...another one of the ubiquitous sayings heard at swim practice. So I managed to get back in the pool yesterday after work for the first time in a few weeks (since the first practice I wrote about). I swam for 45 minutes, again doing a modified version of the masters swim practice on the white board at the pool:
Warm-up: 200 swim, 4 x 50 kick, 2 x 100 pull
Sets: 3 x 100 IM on 3:00 minutes, 3 x free swim on 3:00 (swim, kick, swim)
Cool down: 100 swim
So, I got some fly in there, which was good but tough, especially on the shoulders! I was definitely exhausted by the time I finished, but it was a good feeling. :-)
