A Load Off My Shoulders

Well, I just completed my final duty at Toyota. I gave my final presentation to representatives from HR, current and past GMAs (Graduate Management Associates), and department management. It feels GREAT! I must say it went exceptionally well, and I actually got a few questions, including one after everything was over and I was walking toward the back of the room. That has never happened to me before. I got a real sense that everyone was engaged and interested in my project and they asked some hard-hitting questions that I feel I answered well. My boss was impressed, so that's good. :-) It is such a relief to be done with things here!

I want to write down the questions I got so I won't forget:

1. How often is the 250 analysis conducted? And was there a template in place when you came into the project?
2. Is the dealer involved when you decide to repurpose a point?
3. How much control does Toyota really have over the dealers and decisions made regarding closing or selling a point? Can we force them to do it?
4. Are there databases where we can easily access all this information?

Anyway, I'm sure you guys will hear all about the work I did this summer from me when I get home. I'm off to the last intern happy hour!
